Dearest Proteas,
Cheers to our first weekly blog post! New blogs are posted on Mondays.
Every day we must make a conscious decision to do what is best for our personal and professional wellness. We must bring intention to our lives to reduce feelings of uncertainty. Let us start by setting daily routines.
QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF ON HOW TO START YOUR DAY:
Morning: What do I define as an early start to my day? What do I define as a healthy breakfast? What do I define as a reasonable workout? What do I define as a healthy career start time?
Everyone's routine can be different, yet the same.
