How do you fix self-sabotage?
Take chances.
Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Don’t be afraid to look foolish.
Go out more. Commit to the things you say you’re going to do. When you do so, it builds your character. It shows others that you’re dependable.
You feel good about yourself because you’re reliable and consistent.
Don’t leave things till the last minute. Procrastination doesn’t build character.
Walk away from situations that no longer serve you. It is a sign of self-respect.
